Reheat'n Eat Birria Beef Brisket- fully cooked vacuum packed 6 count/2 oz average, each individually wrapped in a silky corn husk. Our beef brisket is slow cooked in our proprietary blend of Tex-Mex birria spices until tender and encased in light, delicate flavorful stone-ground masa, beef tallow and filled at a 30% masa to 70% beef brisket ratio, and no weird ingredients you can't pronounce.
Birria spices - Guajillo chiles, chipotle, achiote paste, onion, cloves, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, Mexican oregano, tomatoes, pineapple, garlic, bay leaf, all spice.
